Yes, it's official. Our Letter of Intent has officially arrived at the Chinese Center of Adoption Affairs TODAY! We can start the officially "counting" for the much anticipated "Letter of Acceptance" (LOA). This is a letter that we will sign and send back to China and then we will wait for "Travel Approval". We hope to travel in July/August...God willing!
